Supportive Therapies

In addition to chiropractic care, we offer supportive therapies designed to help reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, support recovery, and enhance overall function. These therapies can be used alongside chiropractic adjustments to provide a more comprehensive approach to care.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

IASTM is a soft tissue technique that uses specialized instruments to help address muscle tightness, fascial restrictions, scar tissue, and movement dysfunction. This therapy may help improve mobility, decrease tension, and support recovery from overuse or injury.

Commonly used for:

  • Muscle tightness and tension

  • Scar tissue and adhesions

  • Sports injuries

  • Reduced range of motion

  • Tendon and overuse conditions

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (STIM)

Electrical muscle stimulation uses gentle electrical currents to help support muscle relaxation, reduce discomfort, improve circulation, and promote muscle activation. STIM may be used to help calm irritated tissues and assist with recovery.

Commonly used for:

  • Muscle spasms

  • Tight muscles

  • Pain management

  • Muscle activation and recovery

  • Acute or chronic discomfort

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy uses suction cups to help increase circulation, decrease muscle tension, and promote tissue mobility. Many patients find cupping relaxing and beneficial for tight or overworked muscles.

Commonly used for:

  • Muscle tightness

  • Back and neck tension

  • Sports recovery

  • Restricted soft tissues

  • General wellness and relaxation

Each treatment plan is individualized based on your needs, goals, and comfort level.

Mission:

Full Circle Chiropractic is centered on lifestyle-based care that supports true, whole-person health. Through focused attention on the neuromusculoskeletal system, spinal function, and daily habits, we help restore balance, reduce pain, and improve function—naturally and sustainably. We recognize that health is shaped by biological, social, and mental factors, and that lasting wellness requires addressing more than just symptoms.

From women and men to children and pets, we believe health should come full circle.

Dr. Briana Scheps, DC

Dr. Briana is a chiropractor, wife, and proud mom of two who is deeply passionate about helping others feel their best. She understands the demands of daily life and is committed about serving women, men, children, and pets through thoughtful, whole-family care.

Before becoming a chiropractor, she spent nearly 10 years working as a certified medical laboratory scientist in both hospital and clinical settings. That experience gave her a strong appreciation for healthcare and a desire to take a more hands-on, patient-centered approach.

She earned her Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Science from CVTC, her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from UW–River Falls, and her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University. In May this year she completed her veterinary spinal manipulation therapy certification from Healing Oasis. Today, she combines her clinical background with a passion for movement, nervous system health, and lifestyle-based care—helping patients and families restore balance, improve function, and feel more like themselves again
